What are the store opening hours?
Our opening hours vary from store to store depending on their location and shopping centre in which they operate. You will find all the contact information and opening hours for each individual store here.
How can I find my nearest store?
Simply visit Locate Us and you can simply enter your postcode or suburb, and we will generate a list of our stores nearest to your location.
What kind of merchandise can I find in a Hot Dollar store?
The Hot Dollar Group sells a range of quality merchandise such as kitchenware, hardware, home accessories, toiletries and stationery as well as a variety of novelty products suitable for various occasions. Our range of novelty items include candles, craft, baby accessories, party needs, cards, wrapping papers, gift boxes, toys, pet accessories, picture frames, paintings, Australian souvenirs, and much more seasonal items at amazingly low prices. Our customers always discover something new every time they step into one of our stores.

Can I purchase a certain item in bulk?
When customers wish to purchase certain items in bulk, we will try our best to accommodate your request. We suggest you approach your local store and seek arrangements with the store manager in order to determine the quantity of product remaining in our warehouse.
What types of payments do your stores accept?
Our stores accept most forms of payment including:
- Cash
- EFTPOS
- Major credit cards including Visa and Master Card (please be aware that a $10 minimum charge applies). Some stores may accept American Express and Diners Club with an additional surcharge. Please see in store for details.
- Selected shopping centre gift cards
Does Hot Dollar provide franchise opportunities?
