Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your experience with Hot Dollar. Our Returns Policy demonstrates our commitment to creating an enjoyable shopping experience at all stages of your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please approach our service counters at the original shop from where you purchased the item. We request customers to provide a clear proof of purchase; this refers to the receipt of your transaction. The Hot Dollar Group will offer you either a credit note, refund or exchange for your transaction where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description.

Please return all components and accessories supplied with the product.

The Hot Dollar Group cannot offer a refund or exchange for products that have sustained damage due to inappropriate usage. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.

Change of Mind purchases

The Hot Dollar Group offers exchanges for Change of Mind purchases within seven days of the transaction*. In addition to proof of purchase, we also require that you keep the product in a resaleable condition where the product has not been opened, has not been used, and the original packaging is still intact.

* Please note that the following items are excluded from returns for change of mind purchases (for hygeine or single use purposes):

  • Clothing, costumes, underwear, hosiery and swimwear
  • Cosmetics and fragrances
  • Items of jewellery
  • Partywear
  • Umbrellas
  • Personal care products including toothbrushes, combs and towels
  • Bedding accessories including pillow cases, blankets and quilt covers
