Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Dollar King Grand Opening
Please read the Dollar King gift voucher Terms and Conditions carefully.
This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of the
Dollar King gift voucher. These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect
you and Hot Dollar. These Terms & Conditions apply to both the gift
certificate holder and receiver from the date received until redemption and the
expiry date. Please note you are bound by these Terms & conditions upon receiving
a gift voucher from Hot Dollar. If you do not understand these Terms &

Redemption
1.0 The Dollar King gift voucher receiver may
use the gift voucher only on the Grand Opening week at the store from which the
voucher was received. Dollar King gift vouchers can only be redeemed when
authorised by a Dollar King team member.
2.0 Dollar King accepts no returns or
exchanges for the gift redeemed using a Dollar King gift voucher.
3.0 Each customer is only entitled to using
one Dollar King gift voucher for each transaction.
4.0 Once a gift voucher has been redeemed, the
gift voucher must be forfeited to a Dollar King staff member.
5.0 Dollar King gift vouchers cannot be redeemed
in conjunction with any other offers.
6.0 Dollar King gift vouchers
are NOT redeemable for cash.
Expiry
Date
7.0 All Dollar King gift vouchers are valid
for period as defined by the voucher. The expiry date is shown on the front of
your gift voucher. After a gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. It
is the responsibility of the gift voucher holder to ensure the certificate is
redeemed before the expiry date. Dollar King is unable to extend the expiry date.
Security
8.0 The holder of a Dollar King gift voucher
is responsible and liable for the safety and use of the voucher. Dollar King
will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Dollar King gift voucher. Dollar
King gift vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, photocopied,
altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
9.0 Dollar King
staff members hold final judgment of whether gift vouchers are defaced,
mutilated, photocopied, altered, lost or stolen.
